OK, you are right. I have checked with other clients, and they show all the
same behaviour that all other folders are subfolders of INBOX. Strange
configuration...

Anyway, ones more many thanks for the fast resolution of my problem! I would
consider this bug as fixed now. What about the other ones: bug 222600 and bug
224552. The bug reporter himself suggested to close these.
