Well the remaining issue is coming from either the webmail lying to you or the
IMAP server lying to the Akonadi IMAP resource. From the log you posted, the
server tells us that your folders are under INBOX (they're all INBOX/Foo) and
so we've no reason or clue to believe it's not the case.
