I noticed this a couple of times on 4.7.95.  I rarely move emails between
folders, so those were the only times I tried.  I don't remember noticing any
flickering or the mouse pointer issue.

I have just tried it on 4.7.97 and it works again for me.  All my kdepim
packages are at 4.7.97 and I'm using akonadi 1.6.2 and qt 4.8 on Arch Linux.
