I tried to make a service menu

[Desktop Entry]
Type=Service
X-KDE-ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin
Actions=importtoakregator
MimeType=application/atom+xml;application/rss+xml

[Desktop Action importtoakregator]
Name=Import to Akregator
Icon=akregator
Exec=akregator -a %u

but it does nt work. It brings akregator in the first plan in the screen
without importing the feed. If i close completly aggregator, then it works and
it imports the feed

This happens also with the Open with... → Akregator. The first time it does not
import the feed. If i close Akregator, the it imports the feed but as i said
the wrong url (file:///var/tmp/kdecache-dglent/krun/19516.0.comments.atom)

So, the service menu could be a solution, but it does not work the first time,
after the first startup
