Finaly it is valid the bug because the inserted feed in akregator with right
click → open with akregator is:

file:///var/tmp/kdecache-dglent/krun/19516.0.comments.atom

instead of 

http://linuxfr.org/nodes/90304/comments.atom

for this reason i dont get updates of the feed
I found it out when i did a right click on the feed inside akregator and i
chose the Edit menu.
