Happens here, too.

KDE SC 4.6.4
KDE PIM 4.6.0

This message is only shown when having Akonadi + Kontact (incl. KMail) running
when suspending the laptop.
After resuming, Kontact shows this message: "There have been repeated failed
attempts to gain access to a wallet. An application may be misbehaving."

I have 2 IMAP accounts in KMail.
