Summary: KMail default Message-ID makes email appear as spam to
                    some filters
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.13.3
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: sending
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: support.intranet at libero.it

Version: 1.13.3 (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS: Linux

With my payed hostname if I send an email from KMail providers like gmail
consider it as spam. A workaround is to add a custom suffix to Message-ID in
the Settings. With Thunderbird or Squirrelmail (same machine, same domain)
everything is fine.
Reported from forum discussion here
(http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=88042)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Get a payed email domain
2) Configure KMail to use it
3) Send an email

Actual Results:
Most providers will simply ignore the email or mark it a spam

Expected Results:
The email should be correctly received
