Remove all these configuration files, including the 27282-lines long kmailrc
with all my settings in it? You must be freakin' kidding me! No way am I doing
that! The only reason I manually removed the Akonadi IMAP account was to
actually get the Akonadi import to finish (otherwise, it got stuck). In any
case, this config works perfectly fine with the old pre-kmail 2 kmail, which I
am using now, and KMail 2 should be able to gracefully handle it or at least
forward-port the configuration. I'm reopening this bug.
