Hej,

it seems that all reporters have somehow manually changed something either in
the config files or by removing parts of the database or configuration... Of
course this will breaks things...
So please try to do it 'properly' and remove ~/.config/akonadi,
~/.local/share/akonadi ~/.kde/share/config/akonadi*, ~/.kde/share/apps/akonadi*
and your ~/.kde/share/config/kmail* to start with a really clean setup.
