Hello

I have tried to reproduce this bug but the only issue that i was able to
reproduce was the "- Check Mail In: Has useless submenu entry "Local
Folders"... I have create a patch which solves this issue... Thoma, if you or
someone is able to reproduce the other issues then please let me know what are
the exact steps so i will reproduce it and i will fix it... I will wait a few
days, after that i will post the patch in the reviewboard...
