The header files for the KDEPIM classes are not properly installed when
installing the development packages for kdepim.

It seems no header file is included in the packages. A Debian bug from 2006
indicates that it's an upstream error.

Try to install the header files and check for (eg kdateedit.h) in the location
where it should go.
