Grrrrr.... well, go figure:

1. It actually helped to add export to kde4.sh and it became visible to all
shells/processes.
2. This bug crash disappeared, can't reproduce it anymore.

I tried to recover the buggy IPV6 setting back and even it's not there again,
it wont crash anymore. Few things pops into mind:

- probably that variable would be also/only read by kio_imap4 and process run
under gdb is not the whole picture.
- since this disappeared, did .kde/<dotfiles> change in my tests? Can't tell
since i didn't compared them before and after.
