Summary: kmail does not pass KIO::HideProgressInfo to the
                    KioJob when opening https:// links
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: sven.burmeister at gmx.net

Version: (using KDE 4.2.90)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

This is with KDE 4.3 RC1.

If one clicks on a https:// link in kmail, e.g. a mail send from bugzilla, it
opens a progress dialogue. If plasma is set to not hide copy/move etc. jobs
this progress dialgue will stay open forever. I was told on IRC that this
happens only if apps fail to pass KIO::HideProgressInfo to the KioJob and that
it's the apps' fault and not plasma's.

If I'm wrong, please re-assign.

It seems to work for http://
