I can confirm this bug. I don't believe this feature has worked since July
2008. The last record I have of this working is in January 2008. Also, I am no
longer able to configure Knode to automatically send a copy of a message I send
to a particular folder instead of it going to the default of "Sent". This
feature seems to have ceased operating in January 2008. The problems appeared,
for me at any rate, before I used KDE4.

These bugs make "Local Folders" a bit of a farce. I can create new folders or
import them but once there they are useless.
