This comment pertains to Comment#4 
I fixed this issue by deleting ~/.kde4/share/config/korganizerrc. It allowed me
to display "Calendars" (as attachment shows) and remove one duplicate calendar
item which pointed to the same resource (~/.kde4/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics)
