When I use KRunner to send an email, only the actual e-mail address is put in
the "To:" header field, not the name of the recipient.

Expected behaviour:
The "To:" header field should contain the name as well as the address, if the
former is provided in the address book entry, e.g. not only "<john at doe.com",
but "John Doe <john at doe.com>"
