Kmail fails to launch after finishing the initial Setup Wizard. 

The wizard ran fine and I entered the required incoming and outgoing server URI
and my name and the rest of the information.

After the wizard finished, KWallet started, asking me if I wanted it to manage
my passwords, I clicked on "Cancel".

Then KMail asked me whether to store the password in its config file or not, to
which I responded positively, giving KMail the responsibility to store the
password in its config file.

Then nothing happened, KMail failed to launch. 

Kmail binary supplied by KDE Win Installer 0.9.3-1, running KDE 4.1.0
