kmail 1.9.10 doesn't render anymore properly From: header with quoted-printable
encoding.

raw header:
From: Elan =?ISO-8859-1?q?Ruusam=e4e?= <glen at delfi.ee>

i should see:
From: Elan Ruusamäe <glen at delfi.ee>

while i see:
From: Elan Ruusame4e <glen at delfi.ee>
