yes i confirm this BUG. it is a bug. 

it has been 10 times that i have to reenter all my password because i fail for
some reason to type kwallet password.
reasons:
- not there to type password before automatic retrieval of mail from kmail
began
- make a typo or cancel it
- ...

and then you are stuck even if you close kmail. the only solution is to
logout-relogin. it's a mess.

PLEASE FIX THIS !
