When "Confirm Before Send" is enabled, there is a popup which says "About to send email..." and the buttons "Send Now", "Send Later" and "Cancel".

Rather than the barely-helpful "About to send email", how about something like:

"About to send e-mail to Somebody example com, from account SomeoneElse example com" 

Or, if sending many copies at once, "About to send e-mail to multiple recipients, from account SomeoneElse example com"
