Let's say you have link in mail: 
 http://newsletters.sdmediagroup.com/cgi-bin4/DM/y/hBD4b0Hlz1Z0TKJ0FZzX0Ed 
 when you choose open url, if error occurs you will get only this; 
 Unknown host www.ddj.com 
 
 Not much, right? Instead of showing just host name (which does not help) show full URL, so user could select  and copy it.

( I have strange feeling I posted such report some time ago but I cannot find it, thus I assume it is only my imagination ).
