Some emails can not be forwarded or replyed. If I try to do this, the mail hangs for about 5 minutes in the output folder and then I get the following error message:

I started kmail from the xterm to view the error messages which migth occure when I try to forward the email without attachments and got the following message:
familie svsuisse:~$ kmail: WARNING: KMMessage::setCharset(): trying to set a charset for a non-textual mimetype.

After this I configured thunderbird and copied the whole mail content without attachment to thunderbird to verify if this problem occures there too. I got a message like "There are characters in the selected charset which are not available. Would you like to send it out in UTF-8?"
If I choose UTF-8 the mail will be sent.

Please note, I can create and send new mails and some mails can also be replied. But it seems to be impossible to reply some HTML mails which are created on a MS Mail client.
According the mail haeder, this mail has been created on "Microsoft Office Outlook 11"
