Dear Ana,

As Mehdi, says, the short answer is "no". There is no legal obligation 
regarding copyright or otherwise when using Kdenlive or, indeed, any other 
free software application. 

Software licenses only apply if you were to modify  and/or distribute the 
program itself, but but do not apply to works created with the program.
