JBM, you do a great job.

It's unfortunate that this caused some data loss.
However, many things cause data loss, from failing file systems to
lightning strikes.
This is the reason that data backups are so important.

I am sure you did not take this very lightly, and have the utmost
confidence that you will be very careful in the future.
