[kdenlive] Tabs no longer on top in git-master build?

Hi Jesse,

After some users feedback, I made the tab position fully configurable. You 
should have an option in Kdenlive Settings > Misc to decide if you want 
your tabs on top, bottom, or vertically on the left or right.

Check that and report if you find a problem with it.
