[kdenlive] Tabs no longer on top in git-master build?

I noticed when using the latest git master version via
ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-master, that the tabs are now on the bottom,
again, instead of the top. Is this a bug, or a purposeful regression?

Just wanted to make sure before I filed a bug.
