[kdenlive] Language problem

ver 0.9.8 was missing the  all translations

ver 0.9.10 works on non KDE5 machines. It is what I am still using.
You could use this PPA
https://launchpad.net/~sunab/+archive/ubuntu/kdenlive-release to
install 0.9.10-0ubuntu0~sunab~trusty1
Which might work if your distro is based on 14.04 - trusty.

just installed KDenlive on 2 "french" computers

a kubuntu 15.10, which received a french 15.08.1
a mint.2 rafaela (based on ubuntu 14.04) which receives an english
0.9.8 (Unfortunatelyppa:sunab/kdenlive-release can't be installed
since it requires KDE5)

About the language the 0.9.8 doesn't propose french, although
kde-l10n-fr is installed
