[kdenlive] Consider new default layout?

Ah, a hot topic.

I suppose everyone would say that their layout is the best, and give
reasons.
As outlined in the bug, some sane defaults and an unlimited amount of saved
layouts would be an awesome feature, and pretty low hanging in terms of
coding difficulty.

We could even have a little competition where we upload our layouts
somewhere, and vote on them
