[kdenlive] Introducing Joseph, working on Kdenlive Windows port for GSoC

I am happy to have been given this chance.

I already started working on the Windows port, and I will compare between
using Emerge (natively on Windows) and MXE (cross compiling on Linux) to see
which method will suit us best.
