[kdenlive] Switching to Bugzilla with Frameworks 5 version

Fine for me. Also, if you are doing infrastructure related stuff or have a contact with the KDE web admins, could you have a look a reviewboard.kde.org ?   
I think we should create a "kdenlive" group  in the interface so that we are notified of incoming patches.
