[kdenlive] Getting Kdenlive into KDE Apps 15.04

Just had a short chat with Albert this morning about what's needed to get 
Kdenlive into the KDE Applications release 15.04 (if this is still wanted).

To quote him: "tell k-c-d [kde-core-devel mailing list) about it, find a 
suitable module, make sure it's good"
and
"make sure they understand what it means"

So I think a suitable module would be kde-multimedia and about understanding 
what it means. Please ask if something is unclear. Here is a link to the 15.04
