[kdenlive] [bug 3133] download new render profiles

Apologies if this has already been covered.

Downloading rendering profiles from the Internet via the GUI frontend 
appears to be broken (Settings -> Download New Render Profiles...). The 
progress indicator says 'loading data' and sits there forever.

There is a bug open since 2013!: https://bugs.kdenlive.org/view.php?id=3133

To me, it seems like it would be an easy bug to fix, providing you have 
the right access to the website ;)

Could one of the project devs/maintainers please comment on this issue? 
Are there plans to either fix the issue or remove the option to prevent 
people trying to use it?
