[kdenlive] Clip Jobs - known bug?

Hi,

Looks like there is a problem with "Clip Jobs" context menu in Git master.

I build it from source and clip context menu does not show second level for
clip jobs, transcode and extract audio.

Steps to reproduce:

In fresh project with one clip

- right click on a clip. Clip context menu is shown with "Clip Jobs"
- select "Clip Jobs". Second level menu with "Automatic scene split" is NOT
shown.

The same second level is missing for transcode and extract audio.

I tried to debug but got stuck with XML, plug/unplug of action lists, etc.

Can someone confirm this issue?
