Yes, but I had to change many params from double, and in doing so I
used constant. However, many of these can be simplekeyframe. So, it
does need another pass. I only had the time to try to do the minimal
fixes I ran into  while I was testing various effects under
parallelism. In fact, this thread shows they need a few passes of
improvement, but it has been a long time since the last release.

It should appear as an Effect (filter). Hmm, between this and not
seeing the XML definitions for facedetect and facebl0r makes me wonder
if kdenlive or kdelibs on your system is looking in the wrong place
for updated versions of things. I struggle with that a bit too, and I
do know that KDEDIRS env var can have some effect on some resources.
