[Kdenlive-devel] On-monitor effects strange behavior

Hi jb,
after your recent change to the monitor the monitor scene shows some
unexpected behavior. When dragging the rect item (in effects with a
geometry parameter) or a point in the new corners widget to the left or
right out of the visible part of the scene the monitor gets larger.
Previously simply the range of the horizontal scroll bar changed.
