Committed an updated patch in SVN rev. 4489 and fixed the problems with
group deletion in 4490.
However, the icon does not work for me although it is in the right
location and I can view it in an image viewer. Strange.

I set auto split disabled by default for two reasons:
- - Going to confuse beginners

- - Vertical movement of a "splitted" clip is not very handy if there are
less audio tracks than video tracks.
It would be nice to have a special group which only binds for horizontal
movements, keeps the audio part on an audio track but makes the video
part vertically movable.
