hi all

i intend to commit branch rayl/review-7 soon.

Ray Lehtiniemi (4):
      Reformat initializer lists in all constructors.
      Sort initializers in declaration order
      Remove some more unnecessary empty variable initializations
      Ensure that all base constructors are explicitly called.

jb has already said that these changes makes sense, so unless i hear 
dissenting opinions, i will commit to svn on sunday evening.
