[Kdenlive-devel] cmake doesn't create a makefile

You lack some development files for kde4. I run kubuntu 8.04, and there it is 
(surprisingly) called: kdelibs5-dev

I beg to differ :-)

The wizard will help you setup your system, and might very well have notified 
you of one or more missing packages, so you would have gotten the kdelib-dev 
package ready. (Perhaps).

When the wizard can build on your system, you can be confident, that you 
should be able to build yourself :-)
