[Kdenlive-devel] Compiling staticly guide

I am writing a short guide explaining how to compile MLT and Kdenlive
staticly against FFmpeg svn. Thanks to Dave Wiki.

I propose that we go deeper into testing static builds. When working, we
could email package maintainers with precise instructions to compile MLT
and Kdenlive staticly.

What do you think?

Dave: when fetching ffmpeg in MLT compilation, would it be possible to
indicate a release?
