[Kdenlive-devel] custom ffmpeg parameters question

To make myself clean
How can I transform ffmpeg parameters, in ffmpeg format, to libavformat required by Kdenlive?
Can I transform any ffmpeg parameter to libavcodec parameter, like flags?

ffmpeg format:
-format dvd -vcodec mpeg2video example:

libavcodec (Kdenlive export) format example:
format=dvd vcodec=mpeg2video

But how to set flags?
