[Kdenlive-devel] Add conventional virtual clip proposal

Hello!

After talking about virtual clip, my proposal is to add the
"conventional virtual clip" (cvc) feature to kdenlive.

How should it work?

- Select a part of your clip in clip monitor
- Select a menu item, that will create a new "conventional virtual
clip" that be the selected part of the clip
-  this conventional virtual clip can be added to the timeline, can be
manipulated, and so on, as a simple clip
- programatically a cvc will only be a reference to it's originator
video, with the start frame, and the length
