[Kdenlive-devel] Where to choose language

Hi all,

I suppose this is a stupid question, but where can I set/choose the 
language to use within kdenlive. I can't find it anywhere.
I'm working on a dutch translation, but I don't know where to select it 
(or any other language) within kdenlive
