[Kdenlive-devel] Introduction - Doran Barton

I am very interested in becoming more involved in this project. I've been
using Ulead MediaStudio Pro for Windows now for several years and over the
last 6 years or so, it has become the sole reason I boot into Windows.

I've been searching for some software to allow me to do my video editing
within my Linux desktop environment of choice (KDE) with no avail... until
now. kdenlive is the closest thing I've found to allowing me to do what I
want to do. 

That being said, it's only about 20% of the function I need. I would be
very interested in contributing both ideas and actual code (I am a
programmer) to this project to help kdenlive progress toward more
usability.
