ok, maybe I found the problem, but not sure!

It seems that cvs update in mlt sources don't update to the latest avformat 
files (I've send a message to the mlt-list), since I have to do svn update 
in /mlt/src/modules/avformat/ffmpeg in addition.

And now the problems are gone after building and installing the sources again.
