[Kdenlive-devel] bug: The delays in exported timelines (SVN 950 build)

Here is a bug that I'm encountering with my timeline renders. I put the video 
on my homepage so that you can see it. Basically, the video pauses every 2 
seconds or so. It might be the result of using 29.97 NTSC video as opposed to 
PAL footage. Here's the link:
