.avi and .dv are not the same format.

set the name back to whichever is correct and test specific producers like 
follows:
inigo libdv:some.dv
inigo libdv:some.avi (if it is a DV AVI)
inigo avformat:some.dv
inigo avformat:some.avi

I am interested to know what works and does not.
