[Kdenlive-devel] speed effect usage

Well I must admit that with the current state of Kdenlive it seems 
almost impossible to achieve. I will need to do the following:

* Move markers when the speed is changed so that they stay synced.
* adjust clip length to new speed.

I will try to fix this in the next days.
