[Kdenlive-devel] Piave now starts via artsdsp

Hi,

Kdenlive will now start piave via artsdsp. This should get rid of (most) 
problems people have been facing.

However, there are still a number of cases where I think piave will still 
crash - most notably, if there isn't a sound card installed in the system, or 
if arts is turned off, but I will have to do some checking to find out.
