I fixed the help in the CVS head.

./piave/piave -h
 -h            this
 -p <n>        portnumber to listen for kdenlive; default: 6100
 -e            don't listen for SDL events (debugging)
 -v            verbose; print WARNings
 -d            debug; print INFOs
