I think I -- in the character as your first tester ;-))) -- should try to avoid such 'non-standard-user-actions' and act like a linux newbie, if possible (btw - I'm NOT a linux expert! ;-)

This could help to prevent MANY questions of users running in problems just like this and could be helpful to make the install process 'as  easy as possible'?

Because this support questions will also unnecessarily keep you off from coding!
